Episode Sixteen of Engaged In Service is all about the Nurturing Parenting program. The program installed by DCS last year and has now become one of the most wide spread programs in Arizona. Stephanie Lopez returns to the show to explain the program she oversees and Luke also takes an official government test to find out if he is a good parent.
